“This course is designed to offer employees the opportunity to recognize the sources and symptoms of stress in daily life, develop effective coping skills, and sustain an appropriate balance between work demands and family/personal needs. Topics covered include: common causes of stress at work; lifestyle assessment tools; relaxation techniques; time management strategies; communication skills for conflict resolution; learning to say “No” assertively; and identifying personal stress triggers. Handouts, worksheets and interactive exercises will be used throughout the course.”
